Pull Advice
This costume is very powerful at full damage, but weak at low damage.

First, this is a limited-edition costume. We highly recommend everyone draw one to open the Pokémon Book. If you're a mid-level player, draw +1 or higher if you want to copy the Snow Spring axis in subsequent Warcraft and Guild Wars. For a high-level player, the more you draw, the better. For a low-level player, it depends on your resources. If you run out of resources after opening the Pokémon Book, you can stop. For a high-level player, you can draw as much as you can. Full damage is very powerful, and it can also enforce cross-attributes. This costume becomes stronger with higher enhancements, but is less powerful at low enhancements. However, draw according to your ability.
Analysis
Here comes another costume with a new mechanic. Its direct damage is a 5-hit combo, dealing damage up to 4 tiles in a straight line, and the multiplier is quite low. The key is the description below. Here's a simple description: it's a continuously stacking dot damage. Each time Xuequan's skill is used, the subsequent dot damage will stack with a 100% multiplier (+5 panel), making each round's damage more damaging than the previous one. Fortunately, the cooldown is only 1 round. Low damage and low build quality are extremely unsuitable for beginners; it requires high damage and potential to be effective. This costume is a toy for veterans. With high damage, it can be used for cross-attribute enforcement in World of Warcraft, or for PVP defense at Grandmaster level or above. It's not recommended for beginners to draw high damage.

In general, this costume is a late-game damage-generating costume that requires multiple rounds of warm-up to achieve high damage. It shouldn't be used in nearly any map-pushing or one-round kill scenario. With high damage and high level, it can enforce cross-attribute enforcement!
Meta
In every World of Warcraft game, people are always using the Snow Spring to play hard. While its damage is low, it's still enough to pass the minimum security check, which speaks volumes about the value of this item after fully upgraded.

As for PVP, the Snow Spring's effectiveness depends on the tier: Tier 1 below Grandmaster, Tier 0.5 above Grandmaster (with default potential cost reduction and high damage). In low- and mid-tier tiers, due to poor equipment, its 3-sp spell range isn't as good as the 3-sp spell mage characters DJ and Tower Master, and its special effects aren't as strong, so it can only be rated Tier 1. At tiers above Grandmaster, with the increasing number of evasive characters and players acquiring gear that targets 140 magic resistance, the resistance reduction advantage of DJ and Tower Master has been significantly reduced. Its 3-sp spell, 5-hit combo, hitting a single column, effectively counters popular evasive characters like Swimsuit UT and Luvia. Therefore, at tiers above Grandmaster, it can only be rated Tier 0.5 for defense, but can't be used offensively, so it can only be used defensively.
