发光球体
1.位置与描述
发光球体（The Glowing Orb）是一个位于终末（The End）的事件。当玩家打败终末的头目Mother后就会进入该事件。
{catname} gazes up in awe at the brilliant light of the orb. It radiates warm heat like the surface of a tiny sun and is slowly consuming everything around it.
2.事件检定与后果
成功：事件中的猫获得2-3项随机变异。
{catname} approaches the orb and licks it... Hot energy from the orb pulses through {his} body, mutating it.
大成功：事件中的猫获得【body 758，head 759，tail 760】范围内的随机1项变异。
As {catname} licks the orb, {his} mind is overwhelmed with knowledge about all things. {catname}'s body shifts as {he} grows a human head and enters an evolved state of being!
失败：事件中的猫获得“癌症”疾病。
{catname} approaches the orb and licks it... Hot radiation blasts {catname}, ravaging every cell in {his} body.
大失败：事件中的猫死亡。
In a blinding flash of intense heat, the orb explodes, eradicating everything around it, instantly vaporizing {catname}!
3.信号发射器相关差分
·当你击败入侵家园的C-1000后，Beanies博士会交给你物品“Transmitter”，让你将其安装在终末的发光球体上。当玩家让自己的队伍带着“Transmitter”到达“发光球体”事件时，事件中的猫必定会是装备着Transmitter的那一只，并且事件处会多出一个额外选项“安装信号发射器”。此时你仍然可以选择此前就存在的两个选项，并获得与之前相同的结果。
·当你选择“安装信号发射器”之后，“Transmitter”会消失。完成这一任务是解锁第三幕第四章“The Infinite”的必要前置条件之一。
